Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Domestic Shipping – Across All Regions of India

We deliver to all locations within India, including:

  • Metro cities

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns

  • Remote regions, including North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, and union territories like Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep

Delivery Timelines (Minimum to Maximum)

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 2 business days (for metro cities)

  • Maximum Delivery Time: 10 business days (for remote and rural areas)

    Shipping Charges

    • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable, may incur an additional service charge, displayed during checkout.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to track your order in real time.

    Delivery Attempts and Coordination

    If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will make additional attempts. In some cases, you may receive a call to coordinate delivery.
